We are a gender Inclusive Company founded by a woman ,aimed at transforming the retail informal space with the use of technology and inventory financing to bridge the financial inequality gap, thus empowering other women in business in Nigeria and Africa



PROBLEM: The global Supply chain has led to a dire nightmare for business owners, mostly women who make more than 80 percent of small business owners in Nigeria of the millions of SMEs businesses. Coupled with the marginalization of the right women faced in this part of the world. From birth girls and boys, women and men are expected by society to play certain roles and behave in certain ways based on traditions religion, and other beliefs. These behaviors are learned and shaped the gender norms of the society.Unfortunately, in many countries especially in Africa gender norms create disadvantages for women , often girls are not sent to school and when they become women they then have limited ability to earn money or realize their potential. Over the years this disparities were institutionalized through law, justice and social norms making difficult for women business owners to access resources to scale their businesses.

SOLUTION: As a woman founded organization with passion to help bridge the financial gender inequality so other young women won’t have to go through stringent conditions to scale.

We initiated ECOWIB (empowering and creating opportunities for women in business), a tailored gender transformative approach for SMEs women to bridge this gap by providing inventory financing and offering free consulting services to businesses who lack the resources to engage with established consulting firms .This has impacted thousands of our SMEs business partners with testimonies of not having to halt operation as a result of no inventory, capacity optimization, maximizing profitability, overall reducing their business operating cycle
